Frans B. Roozendaal has been appointed as CEO of Frames and joins the management board at Frames on 1 March 2018. He will replace Jacques Melman as CEO, who will continue to serve Frames as COO. Together with Ronald Vochteloo, who has been CFO since 2016, they will form the management board at Frames.

Frans Roozendaal said about his new role as CEO. “I look forward to making a positive contribution to the relationship between Frames and its stakeholders in the worldwide energy market.”

Frans Roozendaal has worked at TechnipFMC in various management functions over the past 35 years, including Managing Director of Technip Benelux, Managing Director of Technip Oceania and COO of Technip France.

Major changes have taken place in the oil and gas industry since the oil price fell in 2015. In the past year, Frames has merged its business units to create a single operating organisation in the Netherlands, while retaining its portfolio and international offices.

Frames was established in 1984 and is mainly known for its activities in the upstream oil and gas industry. In recent years, Frames has added CO2 capture, water treatment, biogas upgrading and hydrogen applications to its portfolio in order to serve the worldwide energy market.
